AI13 All Metal Pax Diesel Spout, Diesel Spout Adapter and Shipping Spacer - 2023 and Newer
We're excited to introduce our All Metal PAX Nozzle! We've gone above and beyond for this one - you won't find another one like it on the market. This assembly is completely made from Aluminum fittings and a Stainless Steel hose. We know you'll love it so much you'll be telling your friends all about it! This fits inside any RotoPax can that does not have the flame suppressant screen, otherwise you will need to store it off the can using the seal cap and a Viton gasket. Our nozzles are leak-proof, so if you are experiencing leaking, please contact us to get it resolved.

This nozzle is designed to be stored inside your container (that Has the white Flame Mitigation Device, 2023 and Newer), using the Ai13 branded billet cap to seal the can when not in use. It can be used with the black threaded cap that came with your RotoPax can. An Identifier Cap may be used to cap off your nozzle if you're storing your nozzle on your can.

Introducing the Diesel Spout Adapter! The Diesel Spout Adapter is 3" in length and has a reduced tip diameter of 0.94". This adapter is specifically designed to seamlessly fit into Diesel Capless Fuel Filler systems. It easily screws onto the ends of Race, PAX, Blitz, and Coarse Thread Nozzles, providing you with enhanced versatility. By using this adapter, you can conveniently fuel your Diesel without having to use the OEM funnel, preventing any potential fuel spills.
If you decide to remove the Flame Mitigation Device (FMD) in order to accommodate the nozzle inside your container, it's crucial to understand that this action will create a significant gap when attempting to position the nozzle for storage at the center of the mouth of the container. This gap will result in leaks and will cause damage to the Viton gasket when storing the nozzle inside the container.
If your intention is to modify your container for the purpose of using non-flammable liquids and you choose to remove the FMD, we recommend exploring our shipping spacer as an alternative solution. You can find the Shipping Spacer on our website under the "Everything Pax Tab." This spacer is specifically designed to address the issue of the gap, ensuring a proper seal and preventing any damage to the gasket.
